Thank you for purchasing your tickets. The village is open from 11am-4pm, we suggest at least 2 hours for your visit and to arrive no later than 3pm.
Some reminders to make your visit successful:
· The village is open rain or shine, so dress for the weather! While here, your time will include outside and inside—layers and sturdy shoes are highly recommended.
· If you get hungry, enjoy lunch or snack at our new café, Woodlife Kitchen at Hancock Shaker Village.
· If anyone in your party requires special assistance (i.e. wheelchair), please let us know in advance so that we can accommodate their needs.
· Tickets are not refundable. If you are unable to attend on the date for which you made your purchase, we can re-schedule you for another date. Please call 413-443-0188 x227
