Oktoberfest in April returns! A multi-course, sausage and beer dinner pairing hosted by farm-to-table chef Brian Alberg and Orion Howard of Bright Ideas Brewing. Imagine: French Style Bratwurst with goat cheese potato cakes, arugula salad and a Dijon vinaigrette paired with a crisp, hoppy blonde ale. It’s out of this world. Taste a new a limited edition IPA inspired by Hancock Shaker Village, specially brewed for this event, mingle with brewers, and enjoy old world (and Shaker-style) craft sausage using locally sourced meats, sausage, and charcuterie.
