A CSA share consists of 40 lbs (distributed in 8-pound portions over a 5-month period) of assorted beef, lamb, and pork cuts. In addition, each month shareholders will receive eggs from our free-range hens. Pickup is from 2-5pm on the third Thursday of each month, dates for the 2026/2027 season are:
